We meet directly with your buyer — in person or via our online plan tool — to scope what they want the home to do. Then we read the architectural plans and produce a full technology package: wiring layout, equipment, and a fixed-price proposal. You get a finished scope to hand off; we own every conversation that produced it.

Phase 02

Pre-Wire & Rough-In

Low-voltage cabling, conduit runs, speaker wire, and network drops — installed after framing, before drywall. We coordinate directly with your electrician to avoid conflicts and ensure clean routing.

Phase 03

Trim & Equipment

After paint, we return for device mounting, rack buildouts, camera installation, and smart lock fitting. Everything is placed precisely and tested before your final walkthrough.

Phase 04

Programming & Commissioning

Full system programming — automation scenes, security zones, network configuration, and user profiles. We run a complete end-to-end test so the home is move-in ready on day one.

Phase 05

Homeowner Handoff & Lifetime Relationship

A personal walkthrough with the new homeowner covering every system. We set up their apps, train them on what matters, and become their direct point of contact for everything technology — service calls, upgrades, system additions, the works. Your phone stays quiet; ours rings instead.
